In order to track the number of visitors and what information on the site is most valued, we do collect information about when and how many visitors come to the site and what pages are most popular.  We do not track this information by individual visitor.

We do gather individual information when you explicitly provide your name, address, e-mail, etc. when filling out forms.  The purpose being that if we are, for instance, processing a donation you are making, we need to have some basic information.

We do not share e-mail addresses with others.

We occasionally share our membership list with organizations with similar goals.  If you would like to opt out of this process please let us know by e-mail (jcovell@ci.portland.or.us) or phone (503.823.3602).

Our website has dozens of links to other organizations and agencies.  This is a service to our visitors and we attempt to make sure that they are all active sites with pertinent content.  However, we cannot be held responsible for the privacy policies on sites to which we link.  If you consider this important information, please read the privacy policy on those sites.
