The forests in and around Portland are graced by many charming species of trees, shrubs, and herbaceous plants that are native to the Pacific Northwest. Join tour guide Brenda Hamilton to learn about some of the intriguing native plants that you are likely to encounter when exploring the forests and woodlands of this beautiful region.
Tours occur rain or shine. Dress for the weather, wear comfortable shoes for walking on trails, and bring your camera to take photographs.
Registration is not required; please meet at the Visitor Center at 11:00 AM. Free for HAF members; $3 donation asked for non-members.
