I agree to indemnify and hold HAF and its agents, employees, representatives, and successors harmless against, and release them from, any and all third–party claims, suits, complaints, losses, or liability (claims) (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to my professional activities and services or other business activities. Hoyt Arboretum Friends cannot recommend or endorse any arborist company. Listing on the website indicates that an Arborist Partner has met the program criteria and contributed to the ongoing mission of Hoyt Arboretum through volunteer tree maintenance activities and/or financial support of HAF. The Arborist Partner agrees to: Maintain ISA certification (owner of the company). Comply with the ISA Certified Arborist Code of Ethics.
