Leaves are often overlooked and blend into the background. They are the parts of a tree that power almost all ecosystems on the planet. This walk through Hoyt Arboretum will introduce new and seasoned leaf lookers to some of the curious things about them. What exactly is a leaf? How does it work? What is unique about different leaves, and how can you tell them apart? Dive into the diversity and wonder of leaves as Casey gives you the tools to identify leaves anywhere you go.
Class size is limited and pre-registration is required.
