Shake it off—summer is here! Long days, warm earth, and generous trees invite you to savor the season and reconnect with your vitality.

In this workshop, you can slow down, tune in, and explore what it means to be fully present with yourself, reconnect with earth and experience meeting trees.

You’ll be guided through:

  • Drawing a Tree Transformation Card to set your personal intention
  • Qigong movement to awaken your energy and connect with the landscape
  • Sensory exploration and tree connection—wandering, noticing, and experiencing the energy of trees that call to you
  • Meditation among the hornbeam trees, known for their joyful, peaceful and playful energy. Hornbeams live in their own joyful community. It feels like home being with them.
  • Meeting the catalpa tree, catalpa opens the heart and awakens sleepy senses transmitting a light-hearted experience

You’ll receive support in learning to connect with trees, through presence, and quiet listening. Enjoy feeling the support of earth, the availability and generosity of trees, and your own vitality.

  • Class size is limited; online registration is required
  • Registration will close Saturday, June 28th at 4:00pm
  • Additional details will be emailed closer to the program date
  • Please bring a cloth or blanket to lie on the earth and a journal or something to record your insights.

About the Instructor: Flora Rudolph is an artist and spiritual explorer who discovered the wisdom of trees after a life-changing encounter with a Douglas-fir in 2007. A traumatic brain injury soon after altered her path, but healing came through the trees, leading to the creation of the Tree Cards—messages of guidance from different species. Flora now leads Forest Bathing + Meeting Trees workshops, self-guided experiences, tree readings, online and in-person courses, and a membership community.
