In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, this workshop offers a nurturing space to explore the connection between art, emotional well-being, and self-discovery. Through gentle nature-based practices and intuitive art making, participants will explore how creativity can be a tool for resilience, empowerment, and self-care. We will create a mixed-media self-portrait or “Empowerment Collage” using poetry fragments, photography cutouts, and colors to celebrate your inner landscape.
- Space is limited; please register online
- Registration closes Saturday, May 10th at 4:00pm
- Class reminder & details will be emailed closer to the program date
