You might have a collection of rocks or comic books, but have you ever considered collecting trees?  In her newest book, The Tree Collectors, Amy Stewart shares about folks who have found community, purpose, and hope through their personal tree collections. Join Amy on a guided walk of some of the trees and stories she met along the way.  An Arboretum representative will also be joining to share some of the fun facts and characteristics of these trees in our collection.  You never know – you might be inspired to start collecting trees too!

  • Class size is limited and pre-registration is required
  • Registration closes Friday, August 23rd at 4:00pm
  • Tour will include walking on soft-surface, dirt trails with slopes for approximately 1.5 miles
