While the Hoyt Arboretum is known as a living museum of trees from around the world, did you know that the arboretum also has extensive natural areas with many wildflowers? Join us for a 45-minute virtual workshop taught by plant taxonomist Mandy Tu, where we will go over some basics in terminology and plant morphology, then a photo slide show of many of the common wildflowers that are typical of the Portland area and can be found at the arboretum.
All lectures will be recorded and available to participants for 48hrs following the class.
Sign up below to be added to the registration list. Instructions and the link to the Zoom meeting will be sent out to attendees before the workshop time.
Tickets are on a sliding scale. You can choose what price to pay. All tickets are final, refunds will not be able to be made at this time.
