Unlike most museums, our living museum of trees does not charge an admission fee. As such, Hoyt Arboretum Friends relies on donations from individuals like you to support the Arboretum. It is the generosity of our members that keeps Hoyt Arboretum growing and thriving—as an outdoor classroom, a living laboratory for research, and a global garden dedicated to species conservation.
Membership Benefits
A donation of $35 or more makes you a member of Hoyt Arboretum Friends. You can also become a member by joining our Evergreen Circle with a monthly donation of $6 or more. Membership includes your spouse, partner, or other family members. As a member, you receive the following benefits:
- Invitations to member-only tours with Hoyt Arboretum’s Curator.
- Our quarterly print newsletter in the mail.
- Discounts in the Visitor Center gift shop and on classes.
- Reciprocal member benefits at over 320 gardens and arboreta across North America. Click here for the list of participating gardens and arboreta.
- Invitations to special events for Evergreen Circle members or donors who contribute $250 or more.

Oak — $75

Ginkgo — $250
